Shipping and Returns

Deliveries is a commitment to provide a delivery service fast and efficient, thus giving an answer capable to its customers.

After making your order will be verified by availability of product in stock and if there is a (s) number (s) may follow on the same day or next day (as soon as there is confirmation of your payment).

The orders will be shipped to mainland Portugal by service carrier. If you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice to MMPROTEK so that the recipient is informed.

Deliveries Outside of mainland Portugal

Should you wish that your order is delivered outside of Portugal should contact MMProtek to give him more exact information of delivery dates and postage values.

No deliveries will be made in PO.

You can track the status of your order through the site referenced by the carrier MMPROTEK.

MMProtek All parts are packaged and packed to arrive to customers in perfect condition.

Destetar By some mistake or error in the contents of the shipment shall immediately inform the MMProtek successful, through our phone number or our e-mail. The complaint must be made no later than 24 hours after the order rececionamento, because otherwise the claim will not be accepted by us.


The client can return the piece MMProtek acquired within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receção product.

To make the return should contact MMProtek through our e-mail and / or phone number, and will necessarily have to attach the invoice and indicate whether to replace the part or be refunded.

The returned parts must be presented in perfect condition with no signs of use and use, and will have to be packed in the original package.

When return is due to mistake or default of the customer shipping costs and return will be your responsibility.

The responsibility will be MMProtek, thus taking the cost of return postage and for reference, if the number does not match the request sent by the client, or if for any event the part is defective source. If the return result from some defect source, the part must be exchanged by the same reference. If the client MMProtek want to exchange it for a different product, the shipping costs of returning and the new post will be borne by the customer.

As provided by law can not return, cancellation or refund custom goods.
We recommend that you save the invoice or proof of purchase because in case of future repairs may be required.
